Healthy Eating Tip: Create a Collection of Healthful Recipes

Take the time to flip through cookbooks or look online for healthful recipes you may want to try. Have your kids and significant other do it too. You will end up with a nice collection of recipes that you want to try. Each week try one or two new healthful recipes, and have everyone in the family vote if they want to keep it or get rid of it. If it’s a keeper, then file it in a binder that you can keep in the kitchen. This way you are creating your own healthful recipe cookbook over time.
