I know a thing or two about struggling with lifestyle habits. I flitted from one fad diet to the next for a good many years. And I was mentally drained by self-doubt and strict food rules. Bit by bit, I recreated my habits and thoughts and relied on solid routines instead of long lists of dos and don’ts. Now with experience, degrees and credentials supporting me, I get to help others reshape their lifestyle habits too.

With so much misinformation about nutrition and health, people are confused and even feel guilty about their choices. I can help you discover the habits and mindset to live the healthy, energetic life you crave and deserve.
