Easy Lemon Basil Sauce for Salmon, Scallops and More

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1/8 cup packed chopped fresh basil leaves


  • Whisk all of the ingredients together. Pour over prepared fish just before serving.
