Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped Fuji apple (about 1/2 small apple)
  • 1/2 cup halved grapes
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery (about 1 large stalk)
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl.
  • Stir until combined.
  • Serve on whole grain bread or over a bed of greens.
