As a registered dietitian nutritionist, certified diabetes educator and a certified Wellcoach®, I combine the coach and expert approaches to focus on practical strategies for long-term success. My areas of expertise include weight control, diabetes, prediabetes, heart health, general wellness and disease prevention. I accept some insurance plans and can create comprehensive coaching packages for in-person or phone visits.

Get one-on-one nutrition coaching in your home. We’ll spend a few hours going through your kitchen identifying foods that must go and those that can stay. We’ll determine the plan that works for you, set individualized goals, work on menu planning and design a grocery list. You will get all the personal attention you need right in your own home!
Grocery Store Tours
Either alone or with a small group of friends, we’ll walk the supermarket aisles to learn about food labeling tricks, healthful choices in each section, convenience foods to have on hand and how to stretch your food dollar.

A little over a year ago, I weighed 229 lbs, had an A1C score of 8.4, and felt sick and tired all the time. I had tried many diets, only to regain all the weight, plus more. Today, I weigh 172, a drop of 57 lbs, and I am slowly and steadily continuing to lose my excess weight through better eating and walking daily. My A1C score is now 6.3, a drop of 2.1, and I feel great. Jill Weisenberger provides coaching, encouragement, motivation, and understanding. She taught me to eat properly and track what I was doing so that I could be well again. She taught me to slowly make better food choices, and she identified a problem with my medication, recommended a change and that change eliminated the wild swings in my blood glucose which freed me from being hyper-focused 24X7 on food and constantly anxious about food.
